I drive the BGM gray cast iron lump with GOL piston, the BGM shaft and the SHB 19.19 carburetor (HD82, ND 42) with ASS from BGM, Vape ignition with 20° advance on an ACMA GL150.
So far, I'm still struggling with the connection of the SHB to the BGM ASS. It sometimes draws in nasty air leaks and revs up to zero. So far, the piston and kit have been able to withstand this orgy of leaks.
Engine power is rather modest. It's probably around 8 hp. Top speed is about 75 km/h.
Unfortunately, this cylinder offers the best value for money. A cylinder kit for 700 and up is ridiculously expensive (for example, a CC Corsa, etc.). I don't think honing to size is a good idea. It's better to break it in longer and with a richer engine.

Sounds like you’ve done a solid setup, Fred 👍. The air leak at the SHB–ASS joint is likely the main culprit for the revving issue and modest power—switching to the Polini CP 23 should give you cleaner fueling and a noticeable performance boost.
