Aufbereitung einer alten Vespa


    Ich bin nicht sicher, wo dieses gehen sollte, weil ich aus Australien und nicht Deutschland komme. Ich wollte eine Verbindung und eine kurze Beschreibung meines Projektes teilen. Wenn Leute den italienischen Wort Vespa hören, ist es sofort mit Piaggio Rollern verbunden. Das Wort wirklich bedeutet `wasp und wurde von Enrico Piaggio für seine Roller, als sie zuerst 1942 erschienen, wegen ihres Aussehens und der summenden Geräusche verwendet, dass die Maschine mit zwei Anschlägen verursachte. Stärkere Emissiongesetze und der Stoß „gehen Grün“ haben gebildet es in zunehmendem Maße schwierig, damit klassische Automobilinhaber ihren Stolz und Freude auf den Straßen von heute beibehalten. Anstatt, des rostigen Vespas zum Abfallstapel zu schicken gefunden, habe ich eine kreativere Lösung: machen Sie den ikonenhaften Roller zu Funktionsstücke Entwerfermöbel! Der Spender für mein Möbelprojekt war ein Vespa Sprint 1968, der über Wiederherstellung hinaus war und bildete es den vollkommenen Anwärter. Ich glaube, dass dieses ein achtbareres Schicksal als das Altmetallyard war. Ich habe versucht, die traditionellen Eigenschaften der klassischen Ikone zu behalten, indem ich die rückseitige Hälfte in einen Funktionsarbeitsplatz umwandelte, komplett mit justierbarem Schossoberseitenstandplatz. Mein Ziel war, das Gefühl des Reitens eines Vespa ohne das Sturzhelmhaar zu liefern. Jedermann möchten es für eine Drehbeschleunigung nehmen?

    Nicht schlecht! Ich hoffe aber trotzdem, dass die 68iger "wasp" wirklich so schrott war, bis ein Sitzmöbel draus wurde... :D

    Haha yeah it's not the best. That's automated computer translators for you, nothing like a human being. I am glad you like it, just thought i'd share my project globally seeing as though I put so much time and effort into it!
    I am currently in the process of building a lounge chair with the other half (leg shield) I'll be sure to post that up when I'm done.

    Well thanks for clearing that up for me! I always though it was true, one of those quirkie facts that made sense and stuck with me. Lucky I didn't parade that untrue fact around too much haha!

    When you´ve finished building up the lounge chair please show us pictures of it! I hardly can´t wait to see them... 8o

    The idea from rassmo, to create a (roooooaring :D ) fan für the ceiling out of a motor from a vespa is quite good. A pity, that you haven´t got the motor... :D

    Nice stuff. You have in in use or just for showing? Perhaps next time you can take the bottom part of the stearing column with the shock-absorper for a better swinging of the chair. But any way, I like it.
