in what hole i pass the air cable and petrol tube?

The hole where your Fingers are there comes the gasoline and Oiltube from.
Or you use Google too translate.
Das Loch wo deine Finger drinnen stecken. Da kommen die Schläuche für Benzin und Öl her.
Das kleine Loch mit dem Gummi. Da kommt das Rohr von der Ölpumpe durch.

Sorry for the late answer.
Maybe now it is obsolet, but there are 3 things, which have to come into the carb box out of the frame, passing the air rubber tube.
The both tubes, gasoline and oil and the choke cable.
In my opinion you have to ensure first a smooth way for the choke cable, then you have to decide, which way for the both tubes (oil and gasoline) is the way you prefer.
It depends a bit on the stiffness of the tubes.
I don't really know, wether there is a real fixed way to do it. Pretty sure for the choke cable, but for the tubes? It should depend a bit on your feeling, what is right.
